Katherine Ferguson

DMD, DABOI. DICOI, FAGD, FAAID

Dr. Katherine Ferguson is the owner and co-founder of both Digital Educators and Implant Educators Academy. She received her dental degree from the University of Florida before completing a hospital based General Practice Residency at Prince George's Hospital in Maryland. She completed the University of Miami's continuum for oral implants, the Misch Implant Institute (Surgical and Prosthetic Dental Implant Training Program) as well as the United States Dental Institute's training program for Orthodontics. She has been involved with educating dentists for over 20 years teaching hands-on implant placement for both cadaver workshops as well as live surgery and has been co-director for dental implant training programs in Texas and Florida.

 

Dr. Ferguson is a Fellow in the Academy of General Dentistry, a Diplomate of the International College of Oral Implantologists, A Diplomate of the American Board of Oral Implantology and a Fellow of the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. She also served as a visiting lecturer for the University of Miami's General Practice Residency for 19 years and is a complimentary clinical faculty of the University of Florida. She has recently accepted a faculty lecturer position at the University of British Columbia and continues co-ownership of a private practice in Davie, FL.
